If you read SEO blogs, you probably saw many posts about Google demoting Pagerank. They removed it from Webmaster tools and the expected next step would be its removal from the Google toolbar. But what do you think about it ? Is that a good evolution ?

Its about time that google removed it. It’ll stop people judging websites based on PR instead of on the quality of content. I see plenty of new sites with no PR but with good quality content that you know in a few months will be ranking quite well. I for one won’t miss it
Page rank needs to go!! Too many webmasters are obsessed and suffer from green bar syndrome especially those new to SEO. There are so many more factors that contribute to your online success.
